Roadtrip

Muchas han sido las imágenes que he captado a lo largo de los 2.000 km de mi último viaje por carretera alrededor de la isla norte de Nueva Zelanda. Desafortunadamente no todas las he recogido con mi cámara, aunque por fortuna sí a través de mis propios ojos las he grabado para siempre en mi memoria, gracias a la ayuda inestimable de este espejo retrovisor.

Si las tuviese todas, estoy seguro que podría llenar un libro de postales con bellas puestas de sol playeras, elegantes montañas, profundos valles, caudalosos ríos, exageradas dunas, frondosos bosques, serpenteantes carreteras y curiosos moteles de carretera. Todas ellas ayudarían a definir lo que significa hacer un roadtrip por "el país del sol recién nacido", aunque sin duda alguna, ninguna como ésta, a pesar de la falta de naturalidad, para acercaros mi reciente viaje por carretera.

I´ve taken a lot of pics along the 2.000 km of roadtrip around the nothern island of New Zealand. Unfortunately I could not take them all with my camera, although luckily I got them saved through my eyes forever in my memory, thanks to the invaluable help of this rear-view mirror.

If I kept them all, I´m sure I could fill a whole postal book with beautiful beachy sunsets, smart mountains, deep valleys, plentiful rivers, exagerated dunes, lush forests, winding roads and odd motels. All of them would help me to define what´s the meaning of making a roadtrip around the country of the newborn sun, although no doubt, no one like this, despite the lack of naturality, to approach to you my recent roadtrip.
